On hot summer days, smoothies hit the spot. I’ve been craving them like no one’s business. So you will be seeing more (hopefully)! 😉

Chocolate Banana Protein Smoothie

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Whey Isolate Protein Powder
  • 1 packet Stevia
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup nonfat milk

Mix all ingredients in a blender! Pour into a cup and drink away!
