What the Bake Friday- 7/26/13



How is everyone doing on this fine Friday?! Yep, it is a beautiful day in Seattle yet again. We are spoiled

So for all the people who think Seattle has terrible weather, check this out! 

Sea-town was noted as having some of the best summer weather! Thumbs up to that. 

You know today is What the Bake Friday, so lets get to it! 


Are you tired of ballz yet? If so, please tell me! I have just been on a fix’n for them!

No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Ballz

1 cup oats

1 banana

4 TBsp PB2 (regular peanut/almond/walnut butter works)

1 tsp vanilla

1 TBsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1 pkt Stevia


Calories: 41

Carbs: 6.7g

Protein: 2g


Aren’t they attractive?? 

They taste much better than they look. But doesn’t that happen a lot with protein ballz?! 😉

I had a great plank sesh yesterday evening. Broke my record by 10 seconds.


Don’t I look happy? Taking a picture during the plank can be difficult. Usually I play words with friends while planking, because it makes the time go by quicker!
