Can someone tell me where the weekend went? How it is Monday already? The past weekend was full of a variety of events.

A little R&R at Lake Tapps.

Threw a 10 miler in there.
Went to my mom’s friends backyard get together. The flowers were amazing.

Made a new friend. This little guy was hanging out with me outside.

Blueberry Vanilla Protein Shake
Recipe from Taralynn.
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
½ scoop Designer Whey vanilla protein powder
1 pkt stevia
½ small frozen banana
½ cup blueberries
5-6 ice cubes
Blend together and drink up!
