But, Friday means….
I made these yummy bites last weekend. These bites have a little taste of fall in them. Yummmm maple!

¼ cup almond meal
1/3 cup peanut butter
6 Tbsp Vanilla Designer Whey
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ tsp vanilla extract
1/8 cup ground walnuts (optional)
Mix ingredients together in a medium sized bowl. Roll dough into small bite size balls and freeze. Once frozen, coat the bites in protein powder. Yields 10-12 bites. Freeze or keep in the fridge (up to two weeks).
