  1. I love seeing the results of my hard work, and I enjoy following blogs of others. If I am not feeling like working out one day, but start reading about others working out or heading out for a run, I have been known to get up and go run/workout! It’s been fantastic motivation! Thank you for that! 🙂

  2. WHOOP WHOOP!! You tell them girl..or well…tell us! HA. I will never forget my ending goals, I have just accepted that there is no timeline in completing them..that really helps with my motivation! Unless it’s a race or something..then there are timelines haha.
