Welcome to PNW Runner!
My name is Tara and I am a twenty-
four five years old daughter, runner, friend, and fitness enthusiast.
I decided to create PNW Runner in April 2013 as a way for me to share my passion for fitness, running and journey through recovery from my eating disorder. After spending many years reading fitness blogs and reading about others with similar interests, I decided it was about time for me to create my own to share. I figured sharing my thoughts and own struggles would help me through the recovery process. Many of these blogs have helped me realize that I was not alone in struggling with an eating disorder.
My blog will contain anything from my daily workouts, fitness tips, upcoming races, recipes, book reviews, recovery, and more.
