  2. Hi, would love if you could contact me. I tried emailing u and it bounced back. Great blog. I like your smoothie recipe too since I have a magic bullet. But I don’t like to use xanthan….wondering also why only 3 chunks of banana (why not at least half) and why ony 1/4 cup of berries (doesn’t seem like much?)…and ever use almond milk in smoothies instead? I want a thick, creamy smoothie,but not TOO thick or gloopy…but not too thin/unsatisfying either. But would like one that is filling-not too filling for breakfast you know? Something that is good on the stomach. I would like to ask you about food/fitness too. I’m very lost and negative beginner 🙂

    • Some of the recipes I choose do use almond milk, half a banana and more berries. It just depends on how I am feeling after a work out. I typically eat a variety of things after. For a breakfast or meal replacement add more banana, berries or use almond milk. It will be more filling! Email: pnwrunner2 @
