Can someone tell me where the weekend went? How it is Monday already? The past weekend was full of a variety of events.
Saturday looked like this….
A little R&R at Lake Tapps.
My FIRST Quest Bar. I.am.in.love.
Threw a 10 miler in there.
Went to my mom’s friends backyard get together. The flowers were amazing.

Blueberry Vanilla Protein Shake
Recipe from Taralynn.
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
½ scoop Designer Whey vanilla protein powder
1 pkt stevia
½ small frozen banana
½ cup blueberries
5-6 ice cubes
Blend together and drink up!
Nutrion: 151 calories/26g carbs/ 10.6g protein

I love hiking but rarely go because I’m terrified of encountering a bear! Lol. And love quest bars…my favorite is the pb&j!
I have yet to see a bear hiking. But I did see one while biking up at Whistler! I’ll add that flavor to my list of questbars to try!
I LOVE to hike, and I really want to go to this place you went. It looks amazing. I also need to try those ALT bars..are they vegan?? Larabars are..I’m too lazy to Google it. haha.
Yes they are vegan! You should hike rattlesnake sometime if you are ever in the area! Highly recommend it, but it gets crowded on the weekends!
